Ivan and John are great contractors. I called them while still living out of state for an estimate. They were quick to get that estimate done and check back with me. They knew my time constraints and worked with me on that and got it done when I needed it. They were considerate of our needs and pets when making the fence. They completed the fence in just a few days and it was no small task as the property is nearly half an acre. We were highly impressed with their work ethic. They showed up early and left late. Southern contracting it's a very professional and trustworthy company. I had Southern contracting level my yard for a metal building. The area was not level and it required and installation of retaining walls and gravel pad. Ivan shows up on time and completes the project as stated in his bid. His prices are reasonable and if there's any product left over from his material budget he will give you credit back.
